A six berth motorhome with an overhead cab double bed, dining room mid ships and then a further rear lounge to the rear which also easily converts to a double bed.
It is one owner from new with just 4,000 miles, well equipped and runs on the Fiat Ducato 2.3 150 BHP.Cab equipment includes cruise control, air conditioning, swivel seats, electric windows, led day running lights, reversing camera and multimedia entertainment system to include bluetooth connectivity.
The bed over the cab measures 6'2" in length plus it has a safety net. The lounge has forward and rear facing travel seats and these also convert into a further double bed. The table can be removed if you wish and there is some storage under the seats.
Kitchen opposite houses a full size gas oven/grill which looks to be mainly unused, Thetford fridge
freezer,microwave, under pelmet lighting, integrated sink with mixer tap, overhead cupboards plus lower ones to include large pan drawer. There's plenty of worktop space here plus an electric ceiling fan which works as an extracter.
Central bathroom with electric flushing Thetford toilet, shower, vanity unit and sink and this then leads onto the rear lounge. These are popular because it's a seating area with no less than three windows to look out from. This again, easily converts into the 3rd double bed if required plus there's a TV point with 12/240V power. Some more storage under the beds and the Truma Combi 6 boiler is also housed within. This will give you hot water and heating on a choice of either gas or electric.
These have always been a popular model with a functionable layout and are 75K plus now for a new one plus any additional extras you may require.
On top of the standard spec, this example has a good sixed solar panel, Avtex 12V television and a towbar.
