Exterior

A premium motorhome throughout, this 2016 Burstner Ixeo Time IT745 Sovereign positions a front lounge, electric drop down bed, fixed island bed to the rear and a half garage. The Sovereign trim receives superior specification compared to the normal model, making it a highly desirable motorhome. Externally you have an excellent combination of a graphite cab and white hab, further enhanced with a striking graphics scheme. Alloy wheels are also fitted, along with LED daytime running lights for an imposing appearance on the road. The habitation door is positioned on the offside of the Burstner, and is integrated into the central locking system for excellent levels of security. Above is a Thule Omnistor roll out awning, which creates an outdoor living space. Also on the offside is the Thetford toilet locker and access to the half garage. The gas cylinder locker is found on the nearside, whilst a reversing camera and bike rack are fitted to the rear.

Cab Area

The internal design of the Ixeo is sumptuous and modern, with high quality fixtures and fittings throughout. As part of the Sovereign trim, you get Ferra leather upholstery, providing excellent levels of comfort. The cab area houses twin seats, both of which have the ability to swivel and add to the lounge facility behind. In terms of specification, you have: ABS, power steering, electric windows and mirrors, leather steering wheel, cruise control, cab air conditioning, 2 x 12v sockets, Remis cab blinds and a multimedia stereo system, which incorporates satellite navigation, bluetooth connectivity and a CD player. The base vehicle of the IT745 is the Fiat Ducato 2.3Jtd, which is factory uprated to 150bhp. This Burstner has covered just 26,090 miles from new.

Lounge

Moving to the lounge area you will see that you have a side sofa and a forward facing bench seat, which is equipped with two three-point seat-belts. With the addition of the cab seats rotating, you are presented with a configuration that can easily sit six. For dining there is a high quality table, which is extendable, whilst storage facilities can be found within overhead lockers and space beneath the seating. Lighting is very good, with both natural and artificial sources proving effective.

Above the lounge you have your first sleeping arrangement within an electric drop down bed. Operated from a switch within the kitchen, the bed will lower to an easily accessible height. The quality of the mattress is excellent and assures a great night's sleep. Reading lights provide ambience to the area.

Kitchen

The kitchen is located centrally within the IT745 and is very well laid out. Split into two sections, on the nearside you have an oven/grill unit, with a three burner hob found above. To the right is a stainless steel sink, which has a chrome mixer tap. Directly opposite is a Dometic dual-fuel fridge freezer unit. For storage, you have lockers, cupboards and drawers.

Bedroom

Moving to the rear of the Burstner, you will enter into the bedroom facility, with a spacious island bed being housed. Access to the bed can be made either-side of the washroom, meaning occupants can get out of bed without disturbing the other. Windows either-side and a Heki provide natural light and fresh air, whilst an assortment of LED's illuminate the area when it is darker. Storage lockers and wardrobes either-side prove useful for clothing items.

Washroom

The walk-through style washroom area is again very well laid out and can be enclosed as a whole room, with doors sliding across. On the offside is a Thetford C250 electric flush swivel toilet, whilst the wash basin is found centrally and has a chrome mixer tap along with a vanity unit below. The separate shower unit is semi-circular shaped and comes equipped with a folding door, along with chrome fittings. The control panel for the Truma blown air heating can also be found within the washroom facility.
